I bought a new phone from Jamal at Eastgate, was sent home with the phone with contacts missing phone numbers, emergency contacts did not match my icons on home screen. I will never deal with him again. The following day another salesman assisted me in retrieving all my lost contacts and made sure my new phone worked the way I expected.
