I took my leather jacket for a zipper slider replacement few days ago ,Bilen tried a several slider none of them worked so i decide it to replace the entire zipper.Bilen and Mei did an excellent replacing the zipper .Very caring and friendly .Hands down ,excellent customer service.Thank you ladies.
