I brought my daughter in to have a haircut today. I know it was a risk to have any one cut my child’s hair without a recommendation. Rachel took us in . Not even 5 minutes in, she lashed out at me because i was watching her cut the hair too closely and she didn’t like that. She very rudely gave me a lecture on that in front of my daughter and my daughter’s friend. I stepped away and did not say anything as she was already cutting my daughters hair and did not want the kids to be exposed to a very ugly and uncomfortable situation worse that what it was already. I have never experienced such rudeness. This person should never work with people. What started as such a nice sunday , going shopping with my daughter, having our hair done, ended up in such a horrible experience for all of us. I am trying to find out if there is an owner i should bring this up, this Rachel should be fired.
