Thank you so much Cornell. I apologize if I spelled your name wrong. You were so helpful and honest to give me savvy advice when considering the use of my phone and the unusually circumstance. You saved me money and gave peace of mind. As suggested I waited the few months before returning to your kiosk location. I had the opportunity to meet with other employees there and they were quicker to take my money with less than satisfactory advice. I chose to return at a later time, to see you working, thankfully, and followed through with my order. I returned the next day to pick up my device.. On time as promised and it's working perfectly.
