I brought in a bracelet for my daughter to get engraved. The service was the best I have ever had. They told me it would be ready the next day, but that night they called to say it was done. Having never been to them before, I wasn't sure what to expect with the engraving. But it was so beautiful, he did exactly what I asked for, her name with a heart beside it. The gentleman even gave me a beautiful bracelet box to put her bracelet in, so it looked that much more expensive. She absolutely loved it!! I am definately going here to get a medical alert bracelet done for her. I would recommend Fine Touch to everyone. Thank you so much for making it so special. Shirley Todd

I have an older Opal with Diamonds ring and have started loosing the diamonds around it. I have been to other independent jewelers and they have told me it 'can't be fixed'. Not so. At Fine Touch they use laser and they can replace the stones and fix the claws and not harm the opal. They are probably the only ones who can do this!!

Recently my "little brother" broke his watch. I took it in to have the buckle and the strap replaced. I mentioned to the Manager that the watch belonged to my "little brother" and I'd be paying for it. A few days later, I received a phone call to advise that the watch was repaired. Upon picking it up, I found that the amount he charged for the repair was much less than I expected. The Manager explained that he had reduced the price because it was for a member of the Big Brothers association. I felt that the service and the consideration was excellent and if I ever need jewellery or watch repairs in the future, I'll take him my business. I really appreciated his kindness.
