Magic Cuts - Stittsville, Ontario K2S0P5 (Grant Crossing)

I have gone to this Magic Cuts for several years and always had good things to say. However, this week I stopped by this shop after work to get a quick haircut. Some girl with blue hair tells me there are only 2 girls working and it will be a 1/2 hour wait. No problem I didn't mind waiting a half hour. The person who was there ahead of me goes in and blue hair finishes the man she was working on and then announces she is taking a supper break.....like she couldn't have told me that before. I have already waited 25 minutes so how much longer would she be to eat 15minutes I thought. She finishes eating then announces to me the other girl will be doing my shampoo because they have been both busy all day??? O.K. but the other girl is still cutting and styling someone's hair. Then blue hair comes out and starts to stock the already full shelves with supplies...then she starts sweeping the floor . Honestly I just wanted to get up and walk out but didn't want to appear as rude as the way I was being treated. Then someone comes in and says she has a 6:00 p.m appointment with blue hair. Lets just say 65 minutes later I politely left with blue hair giving me attitude as I walked out. Will never go back to that place EVER again. If you didn't want to do my hair just say it. You cut hair for a living and should know how long the estimated wait time is going to be. 1/2 hour is not 65 minutes plus. Who knows when I would of gotten in to get a cut. On the weekend I went just down the road to First Choice and was in and out in a 1/2 hour. Needless to say I have told 2 friends about this horrible service and am sure they will tell 2 friends. Kanata is a small community. If there was a no star selection you would get that.
