Felt very special and all questions answered. I was made aware of all offers that were going on in store customer service was awesome I called and asked some thing to be put aside for me and it was it was there when I got there with my name on it all employees are totally awesome very helpful and I appreciated their recommendations or sense of candles. I’d have to see the manager Sandra has went way beyond and I’d have to say she’s beyond awesome thank you to the staff at the pen centre yankee candle for making my shopping experience extremely pleasant
