Placed my pick up order on the way to work for the past few days the security just let me in to pick up however today the female security was very rude when informing me to join the line with facial expressions and hand gestures I am a health care worker and I don’t assuming that since i am i get you skip the line. She could have gone about it better and if I had to wait in line for an order a head i wouldn’t have placed the order. My suffering for going forward is to keep one policy in place and not make rules as you go and Starbucks does have a separate entrance they can utilize it for pick up orders to reduce conflict and confusion going forward would never order there again
