I visited the store in person and the gentleman on duty that day tried very hard to get me TWO of the same items they only had ONE of, at the time. He called their other store (in Welland) but no more were available there, either. He gave me a Showcase card with the telephone number and I have tried TWICE to find out if new stock of that item had come in, but could only leave my number to be called back. "OK, so they're busy right now...", I thought. But a SECOND time!? (different days) without a call back???!!! NOT NICE!!
