The owner hired me with full knowledge and a copy of my availability. He requested multiple shifts per day and when I said I was available to work one shift per day the manger simply fired me saying I didn’t have the availability to accommodate. For future employers, if you know someone’s availability before hiring them and it will not work for you - SAY THAT. Do not hire people just to fire them due to your lack of professionalism.
