I brought in a jacket to have embroidery completed on the back and sleeve. The order form I filled out asked for text across the back of the jacket and a logo on the sleeve. I paid in advance of the service. When I arrived to retrieve the jacket, the embroiderer Roberto Velasquez had embroidered on the chest rather than the back, and even worse - when he tried to embroider the sleeve it pulled the jacket apart and tore holes in the sleeve!! He promised me he would look into replacing the jacket and gave me his email address - but did NOT respond. When I called the store I was given the email address of their District Manager Jason Beaulieu, who also DOES NOT RESPOND. No one will respond to me and so far I have received no services, and my $148 jacket has been ruined with no refund, no apology and no response. DO NOT USE LIDS. Think I will try Small Claims Court next to work this out. It is not just the money but the principle. This is theft.
