10 days and still no phone# was supposed to move from bell don’t understand call 4 times waiting in excess of 40 minutes and told problem would be resolved at days end still waiting

I called cogeco burlington office in order to exchange my modem at the penn center...After troubleshooting I was advised to call the cogeco storefront at thepenn center...I did so and it only gave me the number for the burlington office
