I attempted to return a pair of pants with the receipt and tags in the alloted return time. They would not let me return the 50 dollar pants, because the tags were not attached. The pants were never worn or washed. After being a loyal customer of Old Navy for many years, I am never going back again. Their service was disgraceful and are completely unaccommodating for customers.
