Went in with broken iPhone, staff were helpful, confirmed AppleCare - told I would have to check website to make an appointment. Took over a week to be able to book the next open appointment. Go back at appointment time to hear I am no longer covered by AppleCare, it must have expired in the 10 days it took waiting to go in officially. Staff shrugged, nothing we can do, sorry about your luck. Went to the Mobile Klinik Smartphone Repair at the PEN and they were so helpful and pleasant. Don't waste your time at Jump - go somewhere you will be treated with respect.
