The most incompetent employees work at this location. Branden and the gentleman with black nail polish and a pony tail. So unprofessional, calling me “ dude” every two minutes. Had absolutely no idea what they were doing, blamed everything else they possibly could, rather than help me with the tech department. The next day went to another freedom, the guy was AWESOME. Fixed the issue AT THE KISOK in 10 seconds. It was in fact these two people who had zero idea what they were doing. Switching phone companies over this. Find new staff freedom, people whom are relatable to the public and whom actually have knowledge on the products being sold.
