Poor customer service, long lineups, numbering system inaccurate/ deceptive, it shows on screen only 4 people ahead, yet when you print out a ticket, you notice there are actually 10 or 12 people ahead of you. Reps not always well i formed about their own system processes, resulting in time wasted, and required returns to the store. Impossible to reach live customer service by phone, long wait times.
