Very friendly atmosphere with lovely displays as well as a very cleanser being a local wine shop with the Great wine of Niagara,always a pleasure to visit,and look at the newest varieties!!

I asked for two cold boxes of Peller Dry White Wine...one for myself and one for my neighbour. I was told I could only have one cold and one warm box. When I explained that they weren't both for me, she said it didn't matter she needed to leave some cold boxes for other customers and I shouldn't be greedy. I will not set foot in that store ever again....not only did she lose out on the sale of two boxes of wine, but also has lost out on two regular customers. Very disappointing!!

This has to be the best wine shop ever. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The facility is so clean and we displayed.
