When bringing in a coat to get stitched, I dealt with a lady who was very friendly, helpful and courteous. But it's the manager (owner?) who I had an encounter with. upon picking up my coat 5 days later.. The first time I went to pick up the coat, I had to explain to her that a seam to be stitched was missed as I had 2 rips when I brought it in. She said to come the next day and it will be done. When I went again and I ensured the 2nd rip was sewed up, she looked at my receipt and complained that I should have been charged for the other rip. She said "You shouldn't be barking as you saved $5". I walked out with the coat and told her "you just lost a customer". Never have I had such a rude comment to me after I gave them business. I know there aren't many seamstresses around, and maybe she thinks she can treat customers that way, but I will certainly go somewhere else next time.
