I recently got referred to Elaina at Hairquarters by a friend, it was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I went in for a root touch up from brown to blonde. Four hours, and multiple bleaching and toning later, I walked out with pink, yellow and orange roots. Still had to pay the quoted price even though obviously unsatisfied, and was not assured it would be corrected at no cost. Extremely unprofessional. Would not recommend. Save your money and time. I could've done a better job myself.

Overpriced! Poor quality! Poor attitudes! 3.5 is very generous. Far from 4 star quality! Same price as valvanos without the awesome results.

I've gone to Hairquarters at the Fairview Mall off and on for years. My hairdresser ' name is Sam, and she truly is an artist..Not only is she the best hairdresser I've ever gone too, she is positive and kind. She remembers details of your life and you leave her not only looking great but feeling great also.. the salon has a wonderful atmosphere and the people are always smiling..If you're lookjn fb for a change or are looking for a new hair salon to go to..Hairquarters is great..if you want to look amazing and feel great about yourself when you leave the salon..ask for Sam..
