It would be extremely helpful if the sales staff informed you there was no refunds. I am shopping for a 94-year-old woman and told this to the sales lady but she did not tell me that there was no refunds only exchanges I read a small sign after paying for my goods and was refused a refund on the spot. Now I will be stuck with one or two outfits that may not work for this elderly lady and I will have to Buy something else at that store. I am very upset
