I’ve been buying my dresses at Knock Out for 15 years now. I still have the first 2 pice blouse and skirt that I bought there. Everyone always completes me on how beautiful the outfits look and want to know where I got my outfits from. I wouldn’t buy my outfits anywhere els.

I purchased something full well knowing it's no returns and exchange only. I was buying a gift and didn't know if my friend would like it and asked reparedly if I could return unopened and with receipt and the lady staff member said yes I could. I purposely asked 3x to make sure she agreed.I went back and of course the staff lied I would never buy anything from this store.they are liars.
