Paid for a full year, fit4less shut down. I had over 5 months left on my membership. Now that I am fully Vaccinated and feeling healthy, I'm ready to come back. Today, (after a lengthy phone call), they tell me that my membership has expired. I just got ripped off !!

The stand uptanning machine are full of hair..not cleaned properly!! Went there one nite after work at 1;15am and there was NO ONE WORKING!!! Looked over the whole gym 4 people there NO ONE Knew where the guy was...GONE NOT EVEN THERE!!! CLUB WAS LEFT ALONE!! I COULDN'T GET A TAN!!! CRAZY!! i GOT TOLD LATER ..MY FAMILY EMERGENCY WAS MORE IMPORTANT THAN YOUR TAN!!!!! CRAZY....IT'S CRAZY WHY NOT PUT A SIGN ON THE DOOR.....SOMETHING SERIOUSLY WRONG WITH THAT PLACE!!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...THEY ALSO TOOK TWO PAYMENTS A MONTH OUT FOR MONTHS BEFORE I CAUGHT IT!! TRIED TO GET THAT FIXED TOOK FOREVER..I BRING THEM CUSTOMERS ....SO UPSET THEY WAY I WAS TREATED AT THIS CLUB!! THEN THEY TURN IT AROUND TO ME...I WENT TO GET A TAN....AND WALKED INTO THAT..AND GET TREATED LIKE THAT.....NO EXCUSE!!!! THAT PLACE NEEDS TO B SHUT DOWN IF THAT"S THE WAY THEY ARE TREATING THEIR CUSTOMERS!!! JUST CRAZY!!! CD
