Went there to photocopy a legal document. Man behind the counter who did the copying for me, went berserk when I asked for one more copy to replace one that came out with a big, black smudge on it. First he demanded that I pay extra. Then started shouting at me, tore up the smudged copy, grabbed the original, crumpled it (!) and then made a copy of it. Before leaving I asked for his name but the only response I got was more shouting.
