I left due to poor customer service. withing 45 minutes, standing second in line, watched two customer service reps with customers. One customer service rep left for break. Came back and did paperwork. One customer service rep did nothing but paperwork, The last customer service rep was doing dealers only. Line was out the door. I left. If this was a retailer, you would be out of business.
