The last item available on a particular type of sweater was the display piece. I asked the manager if I could buy that. He replied " No, We have keep it in the display" My question is: FOR WHAT PURPOSE YOU HAVE TO KEEP IT IN THE DISPLAY, when you have no more of that type to sell. Then I asked the manager whether I could reserve the item. His reply was again a NO. According to him the Head office would only instruct him, as to what to do with that piece of item. Please bear in mind that it's an outlet store.. Incident date and Time: Nov 6th, 7.45pm.
