I called to request an additional channel in my receiver and after the guy told me to wait on the phone, he came back to me with a different attitude. He advised I should wait for Emad until Monday and became very disrespectful to me and told me I should’ve went somewhere else. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE-DON’T GO THERE! If there’s a below zero ratings, I would give it to this store!
