I had a highlight on june 17 for purple. After just one cold water wash. It is turn to brown. I went to store. The owner told me to call next day for the girl who did my highlight ( her doughter). When the girl pick up my call. She told me the purple can't stay longer. If I want to fix it. I need pay. Very rude. Bad service.
