I came in with my phone that I purchased in Winnipeg, 1 1/2 years ago. Have had problems loading apps due to setup error saying my location was U S. No one has ever been able to fix this. Recently my facebook and messenger crashed. HH spent a good 1/2 hour and resolved the problems! Thanks very much from a not so tech savvy phone owner. It is greatly appreciated!!
