I recently visited the watch service department at Sears sarnia for a new band for my watch. The service person who changed my band severely scratched up my brand new watch (which by the way was not inexpensive). I feel I could have done a more professional job with my eyes closed. I neglected to closely examine it upon pick-up, not that it would have made a difference, as they do not stock my particular watch. And I highly doubt they would have forked over enough money for me to have it replaced. I now have an expensive watch that is scratched and gouged and only been worn for a few hours. Will not be returning ever, was a huge mistake even considering going there in the first place - my fault I suppose.
