We have gone to the store on 3 different occasions. arriving at 8:30 and 8:35 ... all scoops are already out of toppings. once all the items were out of cooling area and lids on cart ready to put away for evening. last time we went only 3 flavours were working. The scariest part about this early clean up - is that the girl that worked both times was giving us the spoons to select our toppings that are used to eat your yogurt with. we also cross used these spoons -- so anyone with nut allergy - be warned !!! even someone that thinks just taking the fresh fruit would be safe ... not necessarily true. The girl was rude and put out that we came in. After when we were sitting in the mall eating - we notices she pulled the gate closed and it was 10 minutes to 9 ... this might explain my disappointment on another trip to the store that it was all locked up. When people leave the mall - picking up the treat as you leave is the best choice - once you have completed your shopping. We like to take the little dish to go ... or eat in the food court while friend finish work ... there is really no reason this shop is getting closed at 8:50 ... and clean up is done before 9. LOST SALES ... definitely not the best ran store ... maybe the franchisee doesn't even know the staff member is doing this. Please fix these problems .... we love the product and would like to return and not be disappointed.
