Bought this tablet approx 3rd week December 2017. Bought as a new tablet. Used it maybe a dozen times in the last year. Tried to download a diabetes management app but got message that tablet was rooted and app wouldn't install. Called store and person answering the phone was argumentative and said they never root systems nor do they know how. If that is the case, they sold me a used unit as a new unit. Employee couldn't help and couldn't get off the phone fast enough. I was lied to when I bought this unit and according to FUTURE TEL, it will cost between $180 and $190 to have this tablet unrooted. That's more than I paid for it. Obviously, I got ripped off. I will never purchase from Cell City nor refer anyone again. They get the lowest rating possible.
