we came in to shop for my 8 and 14 year daughter ski equipment. The stuff are not approachable , I ask one of them if they can help me find the right shoes for my daugther and if I can get some idea what well be the correct size. The gentlemen said "I don't know what will fit him and said ask your daughter. Then he called another co worker to help us. The next person helping ask was busy on the phone and did not actually helping ask.
