THIS IS NOT RELATED TO THE STORE - BUT THE 1-877-827-7895 - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called and was told that the wait time would be 20 minutes- I waited AND WAITED - the recorded message kept apologizing for the delay. I waited on the line for 41 minutes and got NO response. If no one is there to attend this line, the recorded message should say so. I am a new customer and received and email welcoming me to your company which I accidentally erased.
