My business just switched from another provider to Telus last week. We got a brand new iPhone 13 and three days later it broke in a way it should never have. We went into the Telus store at Hillcrest Mall where we were waited on by Justin after a very short wait. He was knowledgable, polite and very helpful.He solved not only the problem we came in for but other issues as well. Great service;thank you Justin.

I went inside the telus store at hillcrest mall the manager Grant was very helpful and has always remembered me from previous occasion. The lady who sold the phone to me Jessica was excellent at her job very knowledgeable. People like grant and jessica is the reason i stay loyal to telus. Thank you!
