Td Canada Bank at hillcrest mall never solve customers problem , no experiences to advice for investment and other things , no respect of manager or other staff. i am not happy of the branch.

My most frustrating experiences are: - using the banking machine that doesn’t allow one to carry out withdrawals as desired. My experience was that it would not allow me to make withdrawals as I wished. Instead, it spewed out $5.00 bills as if it was possessed. - I cannot understand in which universe does a ‘competent banking system’ fail to use more tellers to serve clients. Most frustrating indeed.

There is always a long line. They have 8 wickets and 3 open. They just say, 'we're not in charge of staffing.' Expect to wait forever after they made a billion $ in profit w your money.

I called the branch to make an appointment with some one. after pressing right buttons,I get a voice msg that "leave your message and we will call you with in one business day".Wow there is no one at Branch to pick up the phone.
