Ordered a purse online. I tried to cancel it so I don't have to go pick it up in store. The Bay charged me anyways and told me to pick it up. I tried cancelling again. Associate working in the women's department took it for herself. Now i've been getting charged interest now for 5 months for a purse I haven't received. Never shopping in the bay again, especially not in that bay. Also they have hired too many of the same culture. Not mixed at all

It is really unfair to seniors cannot do a return if the receipt is misplaced, also if the seniors can get store credit or exchange for some other item, how fair is that and put yourself in the shoes of the seniors
