The manager did not respectfully handle a situation that was a mistake on the store's end. Due to their extremely poor behaviour, I will never be shopping at H&M again and do not recommend it either. The manager's name was Danielle and she did not apologize for her rude attitude towards me, my friends and family that were all with me to shop hundreds of dollars worth of products. None of us are ever going to shop from H&M again.
