I bought a diffuser that stopped working on the first day I bought it (last Sunday). My first opportunity to return it was today (the following Sunday). No refund in spite of the fact they sold me defective merchandise which I promptly returned. This is an awful retailer that deserves to die a thousand social media deaths. Please stay clear and save yourself some grief.
