Do not purchase here! This store does not stand behind its merchandise. I purchased a converter that was defective but when I tried to return or exchange the item, the store manager told me there was nothing he could do for me and sent me away without resolution. A reputable store stands behind its merchandise and a reputable manager tries to find a solution in order to maintain customers and a good reputation.
