Nothing against the store itself but was surprised & disappointed when I called to check on availability of an item & was told that they cant/wont check stock over the phone. I had just bought 2 items at a Toronto location & needed 2 more. The ladies at the Toronto store suggested I call a few other Homesense stores to check if they had them. And I've done this several times in the past & I've never been told that it's their policy not to check
