We went shopping for some specifics items beginning at the Hudson’s Bay where we found Olsen. The quality of the clothing and the beautiful styles drew us in but the two salespeople were extraordinary. It was a very friendly and fruitful experience. Kathy and the other sales person were helpful and encouraging without being pushy. We will return.

I shopped at the bay Pickering on December 4th 2016 and was very happy with the service I received. Both from the sleepwear dept.by sales lady GAY...and from Josephine in fragrance. I think that GAY should be the department Manger. I was impressed by her service. Josephine also. I love this store and will continue to shop here. Prices are reasonable , especially with the family and friends discount. Gay even talked me into getting a Bay credit card. Thanks for the excellent service Gay and Josephine.
