The older jentleman was very rude to me during my nail appointment! I wanted regular polish instead of gel and this seemed to anger him??? I asked how his wife was doing and he didn't even answer me. There people need to learn about common decency never mind customer loyalty. I'm am truly disgusted thst a business owner would treat clients this way. If they are not willing to learn how to be decent they should close their doors!!

My wife and I just came from Hot Nails. We were their first customer on re-opening. Don’t know where all the bad reviews come fom unless their competition are involved. We have been going for a number of years. They are never rude, do all they can to please us and make us feel welcome. We will be continuing to use them. All the best through these difficult times.

Terrible experience. Owner tried to charge me $5 extra for a pedicure because my feet were 'so bad.' She said this towards the END of the service. I have been coming here for years and my feet are always pretty bad (hence the need for a pedicure). In that time I never complained when I would pay FULL PRICE despite never having polish done. When I spoke up, she backed off and said she won't charge extra. At the register, when I proceeded to tell her daughter how upsetting this was the owner came towards the counter, speaking over me, yelling, & talking about difficult times and knowing her value. Well I, too, know my value and that I shouldn't let someone try to take advantage of her customers. I highly recommend you find another, ethical nail place...one that doesn't try to manipulate and bully its customers.
