Raj was the sales person who sold me a $50 phone plan because I was bringing my own phone. Then I get my first bill and it's $55 because I don't "qualify" for the promotion (according to Fido reps I called). He had made a ton of errors, including entering my birthdate wrong so I could not even verify my own account. I spent close to 3 hours on the phone with customer support. This was my very first month of using Fido. To those looking to sign up with Fido, read and triple check everything or do it yourself online. They are not honest and make a lot of errors. I've tried calling them at least 10 times today and no one has picked up all day.
