ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PLACE THEIR EMPLOYEES AND OWNER ARE TRASH! My phone has been with them since Wednesday June 26th, to change a screen protector. When taking the phone, the guy said he will replace it withing 20 minutes. Four days later, they still have my phone as of Saturday June 29th. The screen has been burnt because they heat gun it to take the glue off. And I have been told that I have to accept the phone in this condition...ABSOLUTELY NOT...I am documenting this here so this becomes public information so I can take them to small claims court....
