Loida the lab tech got the needle in the first time without pain and I was very pleased. most times at other labs they cANT FINT THE VEIN AS ITS VERY SMALL SO I GET JABBED A FEW TIMES

Don't bother dealing with lifelab. There is no phone number to the clinic to talk to anyone. The 1877 number is always over loaded, you have to call multiple times just to wait for another 30-45 minutes to talk to someone to direct you to the click to leave a voicemail, and you guessed it they never call you back. They receive your requisition from your health practitioner and they never call you. You show up in the clinic if they can find your requisition then you are in LUCK. if they don't you are in trouble. You have to call the customer service and it is a long and frustrating journey. At the end you have to contact your health practitioner again to get another requisition. If you like to talk to someone in this company good luck. Only ghosts work there so no one to address your concerns. If you love your family members or yourself, don't bother dealing with them. Oh they are too stupid to safe guard your private information too. They can't even read alphabet to locate your requisition either. I wonder how these nurses perform the test without being able to read English alphabets. That's why they may not find your requisition because they can't read your name and there is a class law suite against this stupid company for losing the private information of millions of Canadians to hackers. So they may have cloned you in dark world, you don't even know about it.
