Dec 28 2023 i needed to replace my phone and had the pleasure of being served by Tyrese K. He was lovely to deal with and patient with my many concerns including changing my phone selection. I have been with Koodo for about 20 years and appreciate the good service. Telus is lucky to have an employee like Tyrese

so went in to ask for advice re upgrade they would not give me info because they keep saying my account is Corporate. it is not my worker asked me to go to store get info on best upgrade. One worker said don't serve him also.
