I was in your store on June 6/18 and I have to apologize for my late review. I have my own business and take pride in making sure that my customers feel comfortable when they walk into my store and have to make as observation to you that I felt was unprofessional and rather disturbing. It was 2:30 in the afternoon well after lunch and probably around break time for your manager,(Josh) who is the person I wish to make you aware of. The store was not very busy and the young man behind the counter (Nick) was friendly and asked all the right questions to the customers directly in front of me as well as to myself. Well done!! Now to Josh...as the manager, I would think he is the person you have hired to represent your store...unfortunately, he is not setting a very good example. First, he went to the food court and got himself popcorn and a drink, and came back into the store while Nick was serving the customer and just leaned over the counter to put his popcorn and drink down. He went around the counter and proceeded to drink and eat his popcorn in front of us...do you not have a backroom for him to eat his snack? or he should have stayed in the food court until he finished. Second, his personal hygiene was horrible, not only was his clothing ??, let me put it this way, he looked like he slept in it, but his body odour was offensive. We are dealing with the public and we are constantly made aware of allergies and sensitivities to perfumes, etc. but it was gross, I actually couldn't wait to get out of the store!! I do not know how often you come in to your store to monitor the day to day business practices, but it might be something to observe. Therefore, I do not feel it is fair for me to rate your store based on your manager's unprofessional practices. Your sales clerk (Nick) was efficient, and I felt was a little rude with him because I couldn't wait to get out. Sincerely
