I went to Cleo's for the first time since the pandemic started. Have been a customer for years. Had forgotten my masque; they had no spare ones. I said I was double vaxed. Walk with a cane. Am 87. Was told to go back and get a masque. By the time I got back to the car in 30c heat, I was too exhausted to return with mask. NOT the service and store it used to be .Will not go back thank you v. much.
