I recently shopped at The Brick in Pembroke for major appliances. This process was made easier by Tammie Moore, a salesperson at the store. Upon entering The Brick, I was greeted by Ms. Moore. Her demeanour conveyed professionalism, as she was friendly and welcoming. She invited me to peruse the beautiful floor and catalogue inventory. Her genuine attention to what I required was quite evident and reassuring. She helped me in my search for products that best met my home decor and budget needs. She took time to elaborate on the specific details of various appliances, offering suggestions, and alternatives. I didn’t feel rushed, but encouraged to take the necessary time to make an informed decision. I felt comfortable and valued as a customer. It was because of Ms. Moore’s attention to my purchasing needs and the excellent products from The Brick that I purchased all five of my major appliances from this store. I will recommend The Brick and Ms. Moore to my family and friends. The customer care service Ms. Moore provided was impeccable and beyond the ordinary. She is certainly a great asset to the sales team. I absolutely love my appliances. Shopping at The Brick in Pembroke was an awesome experience.

""""""NO STARS""""""" Date: Nov 1, 2019. My wife and I bought a 47" Flatscreen Samsung TV in 2012 for a great amount of money FROM THE BRICK IN PEMBROKE ONTARIO and the salesman talked us into the extended warranty for an extra $200 and if we didn't have problems and not have to use the warranty towards the tv during that 5 yrs, we could use the 200 dollars towards purchasing other furniture in there store anytime once the 5 yrs are up and we were fortunate not having to use the warranty. I distinctly remember the salesman telling us no time limit after the 5 yrs. So now 2 yrs after the 5 yr expiry of the warranty, we were looking at a glider recliner and we were ready to use the 200 dollars towards it because I am having a full knee replacement and was told a glider is the best exercise for the knee after the surgery. When we called the store in Pembroke Ontario, WE WERE TOLD WE ONLY HAD 90 DAYS TO USE THE $200 AT THE END OF THE 5 YR WARRANTY. I AM NOT PLEASED WITH THEM AT ALL BECAUSE WE WERE NOT TOLD SUCH A THING WHEN WE PURCHASED THE TV. ONCE AGAIN, WE WERE TOLD NO TIME LIMIT. WELL THAT REALLY PUTS A SOUR TASTE TOWARDS THE BRICK.
