My wife & I have patronized the towngate s.c. Ottawa location for the past 5 or 6 years. Filing for 2018 in 2019 could have been a more pleasant experience. The associate Patricia was condescending "you forgot your glasses? when you knew that you were going to be signing documents" (I located them in another pocket)and later I mentioned that maybe I inserted March instead of April - a laugh with "no it's been April for 10 days and just to let you know it's 2019" I had 2019 correctly so this was unnecessary and rude. She also snapped at another employee & complained that she didn't have the end office that night. We are clients / customers and were there to do tax forms not to be victims of her insults.
